1. About these terms

This website is operated by Raah Coffee (“Raah”, “we”, “us”), Flat No. 41-42, PU-4, Scheme No 54, Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell coffee as whole beans. We try to show our products, packaging and descriptions accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping policy. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

4. Orders

An order is accepted once we’ve confirmed it by email. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in price or description. If we do, we will refund any payment made in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Return and refund policy.

7. Use of this website

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Raah Coffee or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
