Which Raah for Your Brew?

Coffee plantation on misty hills

Three coffees, three different paths. Here's how to choose the one that fits the way you actually make your coffee.

CAIRN — the everyday raah

70% Arabica, 30% Liberica. Familiar, with a little unexpected character. The Liberica brings body and boldness, which means CAIRN stands up well to milk.

Brew it with: a moka pot, a French press, or as cold brew with milk.
Choose it if: you take your coffee with milk, or you want a dependable cup every morning.

MEADOW — the favourite

100% Arabica. Clean and versatile — the one you always keep in the house. It works across almost every method, black or with milk.

Brew it with: a pour over, a French press, or as cold brew.
Choose it if: you want one coffee that does a bit of everything, or you mostly drink it black.

QISSA — the unexpected raah

A rare Yemen specialty coffee. Complex and distinctive, and not your everyday cup. This is the one to slow down for.

Brew it with: a pour over, so nothing gets in the way of the coffee.
Choose it if: you want something different, or you are buying a gift for someone who loves coffee.
